Player Support Programme
This product covers everything a player mentally needs to succeed. Our team is growing, and our network is huge so we have the scope to cover every corner of the ‘hidden’ game.
Our engagement with players is either via a conference call or face to face meetings and these generally occur once a week. To get the most development value we suggest no fewer than 4 sessions (or one month).
Before we start we ensure clients send us an idea of their current personal goals and what they want or need from us. This can include captaincy support, mindset training, performance review, match tactics discussions, dealing with nerves, understanding pressure as well as spending time discussing current cricketing thoughts. Our goal is to ensure each client is mentally at their best each time they step onto the park.
