Andy obtained his English Cricket Board Level III qualification in 2011, and holds a number of coaching and umpiring badges across a host of sports. Andy’s cricket playing career has seen him fulfil the Player Coach roles in Sussex, Norfolk, Dublin and Suffolk along with representing the Italian National side in 71 Associate Internationals and Western Province in 2 First Class and List A fixtures.
Andy has recently been appointed the Performance Lead for Suffolk Cricket which has roles in both the Club and the Board. He is about to embark on his fifth seasons as the SCCC Men’s coach along with overseeing Suffolk U14 and U15 squads in their winter and summer programmes. His links are equally strong across Cricket in the East within Norfolk, Essex and Cambridge.
Jack obtained his English Cricket Board Level II qualification in 2012 and also holds a number of coaching and umpiring badges across a variety of sports, including hockey and rugby union. In his playing career, Jack has been part of several sides currently within the East Anglian Premier League. He has also spent time overseas in Australia and has experience in both New South Wales and Victoria as a player coach. In addition to this, Jack has represented Suffolk CCC Mens 1st XI for the last 7 years and has just been appointed the Counties White ball captain for the 2020 season.
Jack has recently completed his engineering degree in Sports Technology at Loughborough University (October 2015 to July 2019). As part of his studies, Jack worked as a cricket professional for Culford School (September 2017 to September 2018).
Jack’s links are strong across East Anglia: lead coaching adult and junior teams from Suffolk, Essex and Cambridge.
Rob obtained his English Cricket Board Level II qualification in 2010, and holds a number of coaching badges across a number of sports, mainly tennis. Rob’s cricket playing career has seen him be an integral part of the Ipswich CC 1st XI for a number of years, becoming the captain for the last two seasons as well as youth coaching for over 10 years. Rob has represented the England Physical Disability team between 2012 and 2015 recording several caps for the national side in this time and accelerating his development at the highest level.
Rob has roles with the Suffolk Cricket as the lead coach for the U17 girls squad as well as a key role coaching the Suffolk Ladies side. Rob also boats a degree in Cricket Coaching which he graduated from in 2014 and with his experience plus knowledge Rob will be a valuable asset to the Andy Northcote Cricket Academy coaching team.
