All of us have mental health, just as we have physical health. We are all on the mental health continuum, and we move up and down it depending on how we cope with the challenges of life and the stresses that it creates.
Suffolk Mind works across the continuum, from wellbeing to severe and enduring mental ill-health, providing support and information for everyone.

1. 100 miles for Suffolk Mind
Christmas day 2022 sees me set off on the 100 miles in 100 days challenge. I’ll be doing 100 consecutive days of 1 mile minimum, though no doubt more as I build up to my future challenges.
2. TTP Cambridge Half marathon
5th March 2023 – target time sub 1-hour 55
3. Marathon de Paris
2nd April 2023 – target time sub 4-hours 15mins
4. Cricket Netathon
Starting on the 29th August 2023, I will be batting against bowling machines, bowlers and the sidearm in a net for 24 hours.
